Shipping policy

We use Australia Post, Aramex & TNT for all deliveries

We offer flat-rate shipping based on the total weight of your order:

• 0–5kg: $14.95
• 5–20kg: $24.96 
• 20–50kg: $44.95
• 50kg and above: $90.00

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout to ensure the best rate for your order.

Once your order has been processed at our warehouse and dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation advising you that your order has been dispatched with your tracking details.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be dispatched, especially during busy sales periods.  Delivery times within Australia for standard post is 1 to 12 days depending on your delivery area and when your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

We regret to inform you that certain products cannot be delivered to a PO Box address. In such instances, we will promptly contact you to request an alternative shipping address.

Additionally, we occasionally encounter shipping limitations to rural or remote areas. In the rare event that this occurs, we will promptly reach out to you to explore viable solutions or offer a full refund.
